COACH: JAS

Jasmin Simmons (BA hons) is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and specialises in nutrition. Her expertise in nutrition extends from the prenatal stage to later life, emphasising the need for adaptive nutrition strategies to enhance overall health.

Jas believes that fitness should contribute positively to the quality of life and support mental well-being, all while making the journey enjoyable. Her personal experiences, including overcoming an eating disorder and navigating discomfort at various body sizes, allow her to empathise with her clients, understanding the challenges they face when striving for change.

With over four years of experience in the industry, Jas focuses on several key areas, including strength and conditioning, functional fitness, and nutrition. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to helping clients achieve their fitness and health goals.
