OWNER & COACH: JACK

Jack is committed to the service of others in their pursuit of fulfilling their health and fitness endeavours. His philosophy is built around a person-centred approach, utilising a combination of principles and methods to create an individualised coaching experience.

Jack studied Sports Therapy before moving to Strength & Conditioning in his final year, achieving a first-class honours. Jack has and currently works with a variety of individuals; from athletes to military personnel, busy individuals to rehabilitation and return to physical activity. 

After many years of competing in a variety of different sports, Jack’s approach to training is now for general health. He wants to be able to explore his physical health, looking after his body and mind for as long as he can.
